A fairly simple setup for this recent food photography experiment.
Arranged on a large sheet of white plexiglas this generous piece of chocolate charlotte is lit from the side by a Profoto b1 off-camera flash mounted with a 3x3 softbox. A second, toned down, light source pointed toward a white backdrop provides additional light to softly wrap around the subject.
